Description

To train highly competent and competitive Tourism Business Administration Technicians with an attitude of service, possessing civic and ethical values, and committed to working and interacting with professionals in the national and international tourism activity.

Candidate's Profile

Knowledge

  • Classes are given in Spanish.
  • Basic knowledge of the Learning Units for the integral formation that precedes the career.
  • Basic computer knowledge.

Skills

  • Handling of oral and written expression.
  • Application of basic software in all actions.

Attitudes

  • Confidence to express their ideas.
  • Willingness to work in a team and collaboratively.
  • Leadership.

  • Manages national and international tourist attractions for their promotion, responding quickly and effectively to any request related to tourist activity.
  • Develops procedures for the organization of academic or business social events following the steps of the administrative process.

Academic Requirements

To enroll in the Middle Highschool with Technical Studies of the Instituto Politécnico Nacional (IPN), the applicant must comply with the requirements established by the assignment contest of the Comisión Metropolitana de Instituciones Públicas de Educación Media Superior (COMIPEMS). Once the results are published, the student must complete the enrollment process as mentioned in the call for applications.
