The Graduate Programmes are aimed at those alumni who have concluded university studies and have a degree. These programmes have been designed for participants wanting to gain some work experience either by practising or by carrying out research stays in order to add some systematic preparation for leadership functions within a corporation.
It is therefore important that the graduate deeply know the specialization desired and be willing to take on a number of responsibilities and risks.

This programme systematically prepares participants for a leadership position within the company. Through challenging assignments and special projects, participants will have the opportunity to demonstrate competences and leadership skills.
The programme offers special professional development through turnovers in the different areas and business divisions in the Mexican republic, located either in Mexico City, Toluca, Mexicali, Ciudad Juárez, Aguascalientes, San Luis Potosí y Hermosillo. There is also a possibility to be internationally assigned in order to boost leadership skills, decision-making, multidisciplinary and multicultural teamwork.

The International Association of Students of Trade and Economy (AIESEC) is the global organisation created, controlled and led by students and new graduates in order to develop leadership experience. Its main activity is to work with universities, organisations and companies, so that graduates can go into professional internship or social development in a foreign country.
AIESEC at the IPN was an initiative created by students from ESCA Santo Tomás in 1971, in order to develop IPN leadership within the society. The current AIESEC membership at the IPN is formed by students and graduates from ESCA Santo Tomás, ESCA Tepepan, ESCOM, ESE, ESIME Azcapotzalco, UPIICSA and some other IPN schools.

The programme for future leaders (UFLP-TRAINEES) and the programme for internal leaders (ULIP-INTERNS) from Unilever offer participants the opportunity to both work on real projects and obtain both international and multidisciplinary experience while being trained and monitored by a mentor in a customised way besides earning having a good salary.
