Description

The Technician in Machines with Automated Systems elaborates and integrates mechanical parts, electrical, electronic, pneumatic, and hydraulic circuits, for automated systems, using new technology, aimed at sustainable development, with responsibility, honesty, and teamwork, by the requirements of the company and applicable regulations.

  • Perform basic analysis with the relation of variables that help to obtain experimental or mathematical results.
  • Dimensional data acquisition using different measuring instruments.
  • Identifies the characteristics of the different materials used in the elaboration of metal-mechanical parts.
  • Prepares and interprets different electrical and electronic diagrams.
  • Prepares and interprets pneumatic and hydraulic diagrams.
  • Performs phase analysis in mechanical parts under specific standards.

  • Manufactures metal-mechanical parts using conventional machines.
  • Maintains equipment in optimal working conditions through the application of different types of maintenance.

  • Manufactures metal-mechanical parts in conventional machines starting from dimensioned drawings and selects materials under established standards.
  • Builds electrical and electronic circuits from diagrams for installation in automated systems.
  • Builds pneumatic and hydraulic circuits for their installation in automated systems.
  • Manages different programming and simulation software; mechanical, electrical, electronic, pneumatic, and hydraulic for the realization of parts and circuits.
  • Elaborates different types of maintenance to machinery and equipment through the integration or elaboration of mechanical parts and electrical, electronic, and hydropneumatic circuits.
  • Develops plans and simulates mechanisms through the use of CAD, CAM, using collaborative work.
  • Handles linear, angular, and surface finish measuring instruments for the verification of parts according to work drawings.
  • Installs and programs electromagnetic and electronic control equipment for the operation of pneumatic, and hydraulic systems and electric motors that make up the machines or processes.
  • Operates programmable logic controllers considering the technical specifications contained in the manufacturer's manuals.
