Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work

Objective

Upon completion of the degree, the Social Worker will be able to scientifically analyse the different variables that make up the economic and social state of affairs with the aim to globally interpret it while having a critical view on social reality in order to cooperate with the transformation of communities.

Social workers are professional leaders in the integral knowledge of the socio-humanistic biomedical sciences contributing to social welfare of individuals, families and communities directing their potential to the sociocultural, economic and humanistic development through the management of institutions and implementation of social policies.

The graduates can work in a wide variety of governmental institutional fields, as well as the private sector.

Academic Requirements

Comply in a timely manner with each of the stages of the admission process highlighted in the call for entry to the university system at IPN and show documents such as:
