Graduate´s profile

The graduate will be able to:

  • Detect, analyse and develop business opportunities.
  • Define and develop strategies, designs and evaluations as well as make decisions about international business taking into consideration the following aspects: finances, legal framework, marketing, promotion, logistics and social inclusion.
  • Be responsible, ethically and socially committed with the performance of functions respecting and exploit the multicultural biodiversity and respect for the environment.
  • Lead or participate in both inter and multidisciplinary groups within worldwide organisations, performing strategies to benefit different sectors of production.

Academic Requirements

Comply in a timely manner with each of the stages of the admission process highlighted in the call for entry to the university system at IPN and show documents such as:

  • High school Certificate.
  • Secondary School Certificate.
  • Unique Code of Population Registration (CURP).
  • Birth certificate.
  • Pass the entry examination.
  • 6 credential photographs.

Work Field

The graduate in International Business is generally trained to specialise in different areas, performing professionally in:

Ministries and public institutions associated to the fostering and development of international business and trading. International institutions and agencies related to the fostering and development of regional and commercial integration programmes. The graduate will perform as an international official in either national or international private institutions, in agro-industry, manufacturing, services and trading sectors as well as in executive or management positions such as:

An international administration, project formulation and execution manager. Formulation and execution of international, promotional and trading negotiator. An agent between metropolitan, national and international customs as well as for airport, port and ground services. Forming and professional practise will allow the graduate to provide consultation in international business as an independent entrepreneurial activity.
