They Leave Their Own Mark

The Directorate of Cultural Dissemination of the IPN celebrated women's strength and creativity with a week of reflection. Elia Amador's exhibition Transformation opened a visual dialogue, while Trío Las Panchas and the Nahuatl performance Nantli Tlali immersed the audience in unique sounds.

The talk "We Illustrate Bodies and Tell Stories" captivated attendees, and the self-defense workshop received an enthusiastic response.

Additionally, the book Where Silence Is the Wing of the Air by Beatriz Saavedra was presented, and a photographic tribute to Elena Poniatowska was displayed at the open-air gallery "El Queso." The exhibitions Proximidad by Axel Moreno and Guerreras en el Tiempo by Monica Dower were also inaugurated.

March at the IPN is a time for remembrance, resistance, and artistic expression by women. Let the celebration continue!
