Poetry to Jazz… and the Drive-In Theater!

From March 10 to 14, the Jaime Torres Bodet Cultural Center became a vibrant gathering place for art and knowledge.

The Women Poets Gathering showcased the remarkable talent of students from the Instituto Politécnico Nacional (IPN), winners of the Inter-Politécnico Poetry Contest. Their participation reaffirmed the IPN community's creative potential and ability to explore new forms of expression that enrich their personal and professional development.

Meanwhile, the IPN Symphony Orchestra captivated audiences with the concert "The Essence of Life," conducted by Tiffany Lu and featuring soprano Jacqueline del Rocío Medina Pérez. The fusion of opera and jazz elevated the musical experience to new heights.

To close the week, the community enjoyed a special drive-in screening of Amélie, the perfect opportunity to share and experience the magic of cinema together.
