Director General of Sanofi Vaccines Mexico, André Luiz Soresini, pointed out that our country has unique competitive advantages to play a leading role not only in Latin America but in the world. Therefore, Mexican talent is required to shape the science of the future and improve people's lives.

During his keynote speech titled "The Importance of Vaccines in Today's World," which he delivered at the Second Internationalization Forum of the Instituto Politécnico Nacional (IPN), he highlighted the interest of the French company in Mexico due to its corporate, human, and leadership potential.

Soresini mentioned that diseases are global, and thus the solutions need to be global as well. Therefore, an open and collaborative ecosystem among the government, academia, and the productive sector is necessary.

Addressing students and professors who paid close attention to his engaging presentation at the "Jaime Torres Bodet" Cultural Center, the Sanofi executive mentioned that around 133 IPN graduates work in their company and are role models in various areas.

"We are always looking for more talent; at our facilities, we employ around a thousand people, including vaccine and medication production, and many of them are from the Polytechnic, engineers, pharmaceutical chemists," he said.

Soresini recommended that IPN students learn other languages to have more opportunities in their professional careers, while also emphasizing the resilience and curiosity that characterize them.
